Only the body of the people are keep inside of the qabar ,The spirit is still on outside. In case of abnormal Death the Spirit will be Locked on the Death Place for a Long Time.Same in the case of Disbelievers the Spirit will be Locked on the Death Place for a Long Lime.The Spirits of Messengers and Ouliyas(The People they got special abilities from the God) are Travelling around the Earth.The Spirit of Died People are to Watch the Living People.

The Spirit is one among from the Secrets of the God.Every Child Have Life Since the Spam is Generated from their Father.But When the Child have 4 months old,Allah (s) send some angels to Pass the Spirit to the Child Body and that is the Human Programming (Which Includes the Ability to Sense,Ability to Thought ,Emotion or Feeling).
From Mohammed Nabi (s) "If anybody Tell Salam(It's a type of prayer) to the People on the Qabar,then Allah(s) give back their spirit to that Person on Qabar and after they return the Salam Allah(s) take the Spirit back."
From Mohammed Nabi(s) "oh mother of basheer the Spirits Know each other just like one bird knows another bird that sits on the same branch of a tree".
The Spirits of good people can meet each other after death and they will discuss the news from their place.

The first angel that comes to the qabar after a person's death is Rauman(a) , He will bind the Spirit outside with the dead body laid on Qabar.the Life on Qabar is only on the Breast.

The Spirits of Died People will not come back as Ghost.When Asraeel(a)(one of the angel of the god) come to catch the Spirit ,In case of a true Believer the Spirit will flow to the outside just like Water come from a Pot.The Spirit of good person will be present in front of god,then Allah(s) dictate to the angels to register the good things done by this Spirit on the Earth, and who's Spirit can feel the facilities on the Paradise.In case of of the spirits of good people the god will grant them the freedom for traveling.
In case of a Disbeliever the Spirit will not come out first,then the angel of God will pull the Spirit very strongly and it will came out just like shred a dress that hanged on a thorn.In case of the Spirit of the Disbelievers the door of the Skies will not be opened Surah Al-A'raf (7 : 40) .In case of them their names are registered in an Hell named as Sijeel.This Sijeel is located under Earth, the most deepest layer of Earth and they don't have the permission for traveling.
